       這款風(fēng)機(jī)可非標(biāo)定制耐高溫、防腐、防爆等！因此客戶在選型階段要確認(rèn)清楚使用工礦！機(jī)殼材質(zhì)：吸料風(fēng)機(jī)采用*度壓鑄鋁，壓鑄鋁與奔馳汽車輪毅相同鋁材，相對于普通鋁合金來說，壓鑄鋁更堅(jiān)固，相對于鐵殼風(fēng)機(jī)，更有輕量化的作用。電機(jī)性能：吸料風(fēng)機(jī)采用中國臺灣電機(jī)，電機(jī)是一款寬頻，寬壓電機(jī)，電機(jī)頻率可45-75HZ調(diào)頻，IP55防護(hù)等級 F級絕緣等級，其是國內(nèi)電機(jī)達(dá)不到的工藝，深受國內(nèi)外客戶青睞。

    高效率、低能耗旋渦風(fēng)機(jī)在高壓力范圍有較保守的設(shè)計(jì)，可靠性高旋渦風(fēng)機(jī)除葉輪外，無其它動件，并采用世界NSK,SKF高速軸承，更能保證風(fēng)機(jī)工作，壽命幾乎免維修；低震動旋渦風(fēng)機(jī)的機(jī)械精密度高，回轉(zhuǎn)部件均經(jīng)過CNC加工中心加工，極精密之平衡設(shè)計(jì)、測試、校正、震動率很低；低噪音旋渦風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口皆有內(nèi)藏式消聲器，降低運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)噪音；結(jié)構(gòu)堅(jiān)固旋渦風(fēng)機(jī)采用ANDC12壓鑄鋁性壓鑄而成，有別于一般鋁殼或鐵殼之風(fēng)機(jī)，更堅(jiān)固耐用。

Required:

1、風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)置時(shí)應(yīng)避開多灰、腐蝕性氣體、大濕度、太陽直射及風(fēng)吹雨淋的環(huán)境，風(fēng)機(jī)周圍地面應(yīng)保持整潔。風(fēng)機(jī)配套電動機(jī)對周圍環(huán)境要求較高。往往會應(yīng)為上述原因而降低其性能，故應(yīng)特別注意。

1. When setting up the fan, it should avoid environments with high dust, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight, and wind and rain. The ground around the fan should be kept clean. The matching motor of the fan has high requirements for the surrounding environment. Often, its performance may be reduced due to the aforementioned reasons, so special attention should be paid.

2、風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)置在室內(nèi)時(shí).房屋的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)較為寬敞，且留有足夠?qū)?、高的門，便于風(fēng)機(jī)的移動和運(yùn)輸。

2. When the fan is installed indoors, the structure of the house should be relatively spacious, and there should be enough wide and high doors to facilitate the movement and transportation of the fan.

3、風(fēng)機(jī)周圍須留有足夠的空間，以便在風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí).人員能白由走動，并且能滿足日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的需要。

3. Sufficient space must be left around the fan so that personnel can move freely during operation and meet the needs of daily maintenance.

4、大型風(fēng)機(jī)的安裝地點(diǎn).皮考慮留有可放置上機(jī)殼、轉(zhuǎn)子、進(jìn)氣箱、調(diào)節(jié)門等配件以及能進(jìn)行配、拆卸、維修等作業(yè)的空間。風(fēng)機(jī)采用帶傳動，還需考慮電動機(jī)找正及更換帶輪的空間。

4. The installation location for large fans should consider leaving space for accessories such as the upper casing, rotor, intake box, and regulating valve, as well as for assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and other operations. The fan adopts belt drive, and the space for motor alignment and wheel replacement also needs to be considered.

5、在確定風(fēng)機(jī)的布局時(shí).不僅要考慮風(fēng)機(jī)本身的安裝空間，還需預(yù)留進(jìn)出口管路、閥類、原動機(jī)的布線、供油裝置、冷卻裝置以及油和水的連接管路的布置空間.

5. When determining the layout of the fan, not only should the installation space of the fan itself be considered, but also the layout space for inlet and outlet pipelines, valves, wiring of the prime mover, oil supply devices, cooling devices, and oil and water connection pipelines should be reserved

6、在同一地點(diǎn)設(shè)置多臺風(fēng)機(jī)時(shí).應(yīng)充分考慮風(fēng)機(jī)間的相互間隔、布局等、避免風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生相互影響.

6. When setting up multiple fans at the same location, full consideration should be given to the spacing and layout between fans to avoid mutual influence during fan operation

7、對于大型、較重的風(fēng)機(jī).應(yīng)裝備有吊車、電葫蘆等起吊裝置;中小型風(fēng)機(jī)根據(jù)其用途，如葉輪需要經(jīng)常更換等，亦滿配備一般的起吊裝置。

7. For large and heavy fans, lifting devices such as cranes and electric hoists should be equipped; Small and medium-sized fans are equipped with general lifting devices based on their usage, such as frequent replacement of impellers.
